The service was fantastic. We left a jacket in the room when checking out, and they kindly mailed it back to us. The hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the town centre and lots of shops. Highly recommend!

A lovely choice for an urban getaway close to the city, especially if you have your fur baby with you. The rooms are generously sized, smell fresh and are clean. Even the toiletries are high quality and beautifully scented. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect two-night stay with our corgi. The place is spacious and clean, and even though it's on Papanui Road, it was surprisingly quiet. There's a dog area for toileting, and Hagley Park is very handy. It's owned by ILT, and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms spotless, and the shower was great. The location worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter especially loved the pool. We'd happily stay here again.

28/12/25 We found the staff really friendly and helpful, and the showers were refreshing after a long day. The unit had plenty of space and was well equipped, with a TV in every room. The beds were very comfortable.
