For $60 a night, I expected a lot more, especially after staying for 23 days and seeing the cleaners only maybe 2-3 times. The place was dirty, with cobwebs on the ceilings and food left on the kitchen floor. Grease even dripped from the kitchen fan into the frying pan. The location was terrible, and sharing the space with the other people there was difficult.

We booked here because most places were full during the week Phil Collins was in town for his concert. The rooms and beds are small, and there’s no soundproofing, so we could hear talking and music from next door. The shower shares a cubicle with the toilet, which meant the floor and toilet paper got wet after using it. The lounge had a smart TV that wouldn’t connect to WIFI. Parking in the driveway was tight, so we had to park on the street.
