Euan was so helpful with dining ideas and general information. We had lovely cooked breakfasts and enjoyed sitting in the beautiful gardens, either on the front porch or under the sunsail at the side. The rooms were comfortable, with large beds. One had an ensuite and the other used a shared bathroom. A great place for our group, and we’d highly recommend it.

The Clutha River is right behind this lovely colonial-style property. Inside, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with good amenities, and breakfast was nice too. A great spot to stay while visiting Clyde.

Euan’s garden is full of flowers and lavender, and the river is right beside it. The small town center is about a five-minute walk away. We couldn’t find anything negative to say about this B&B, and would definitely recommend The Hartley Homestead B&B if you’re staying in Clyde.

Our host was very friendly and we enjoyed the stay, though I have a couple of suggestions. The hot weather made me wish there’d been a fan in the room, and on our last morning I woke up to a whitetail spider in the bed. I thought you should know.

The quarters were spotless and had everything we could need. Breakfast was heavenly, and the location was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’d certainly recommend staying here.
