The unit is high above the Dunedin CBD, about a 2-minute drive down the hill. Without a car, expect a steep 10-15 minute walk back up. It's a comfortable, well-equipped two-bedroom place beneath the main house, with a full kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The steps from the street down to the unit are manageable with luggage, though they could be difficult for someone with physical disabilities. The unit doesn't claim to be set up for that.

It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Just be aware of the steps at the side door and a few less obvious steps inside. They could be a struggle if you have a disability.

Really lovely: quiet, private, spacious, and very clean, with laundry as well. I especially liked the comfortable reading chair tucked in the corner 😊.
