Jeff and Janice were the warmest part of our stay, and we'd definitely come back to Springwaters Lodge. The rooms had comfortable furniture and were nicely equipped. The whole lodge was sparkling clean. Thank you ❣️

Jeff and Janice are so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety. The room was comfortable, with thoughtful extras like bathrobes, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. A very good place, strongly recommended.

The hosts went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The accommodations were lovely, and they provided wonderful treats and drinks, plus a full hot and cold breakfast. The bathrobe and slippers were lovely too. I'd highly recommend this establishment!

We had an amazing stay at Springwaters Lodge and really felt at home. Jeff and Janice are excellent hosts. I think we've found our place to return to whenever we visit Rotorua!

Our hosts, Jeff & Janice, were happy to help with anything during our four nights. They made room for our kayak and asked us to call once we reached dry land after a long trip, so they could contact search & rescue if we didn't make it. Since we were there several nights, they also served a different breakfast each day. We'll be back.
