Our chalet looked out over the ranges, and town and the hot pools were just a ten-minute walk away. The property was quiet and very clean, with standalone units and well-kept grounds. The friendly staff and handy washing line were nice extras. Excellent value and a fantastic place to stay.

Andrew greeted me with a really friendly welcome. The modern chalet was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. He was very accommodating, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I couldn't have asked for more.

The hosts were lovely and made sure our cabin was easy to reach from the domain across the street. We had a service dog with us, so not having far to go or a hill to climb each time we took the dog out made a real difference. We were a family of five and the quaint little cabin had all the amenities we could ask for. Towels for the hot pools are available to hire at a very reasonable rate. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We liked being able to choose our unit, as a couple were free when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the laundry, trampoline and swing were welcome extras. It was a private spot with a great location and about a ten-minute walk into town. A couple of appliances were outdated, and condensation on the outside walls ended up soaking some of our clothes. Even so, the privacy and location made for a lovely stay in Hanmer Springs.
