The service really stood out, even putting my name on the parking space when I booked one. The room was spotless and had so much in it, including laundry and cooking facilities, two TVs, and a dining table. It felt more like a granny flat. Pak n save is a short walk away, and the mall, movies, and West Wave pool are handy too. Great value, and I’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend 👍

Good location and affordable, with a decent-sized room that had everything I needed. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was handy. The only downside was the bed, it felt pretty springy and wasn’t very comfortable. Probably due for an upgrade.

The top-floor apartment was amazing, and it was exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the apartment had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Thalia at reception was excellent too. A really pleasant place close to Henderson mall. Highly recommend.

The appliances are pretty old and can be hard to get working. They seem close to, or past, the end of their life, so things may break or not work properly. Housekeeping was easily the best part of our stay. We were very busy and didn’t have much time to tidy, but they cleaned diligently every day.

All the staff were lovely. Thalia especially helped me through a hard time, and Christine was very helpful too. Special thanks to both of them!
