We had a very disappointing stay. The property was still being cleaned close to 4:00 pm, even though check-in was at 3:00 pm. When we first got inside, the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom weren’t in usable condition, which disrupted our plans. The oven had also been left on by the previous guest, raising a safety concern. The property manager said we had accessed the place early instead of acknowledging the problem, and refused reasonable compensation.

The accommodation was excellent, and the location was amazing.
