Pullman Auckland Airport

Ana at the Kuriri cafe in the Pullman Hotel lobby made my visit. She was so kind, and her million-dollar smile brightened my day. The cafe has a wonderful atmosphere, and the service was exceptional. A spot at Auckland Airport I'd absolutely recommend visiting.

The view from the window was beautiful, and the food I ordered to the room was absolutely lovely. Service was great, with prompt registration. The room was a good size, clean, and well organized, and everything looked brand new. It had shower cups, shampoo and body wash, a sewing kit, ironing board, white robes, hair dryer, and a good choice of minibar drinks. I'll always stay here.

The bar and light meal were a nice start to our overnight stay, and the buffet breakfast the next morning was exemplary. We had a complimentary late checkout before continuing our international flights. The spacious, well-designed room had a separate private toilet, a roomy shower, plenty of charging points, and a comfortable temperature, so we slept well. We couldn't fault the experience. We've stayed many times at the adjacent hotel, but the Pullman has won us over. The staff we met were great, and the place felt relaxed and welcoming.

The restaurant food was spot on, and the staff were really polite, especially Monty. At the concierge, a kind woman offered to help with my bags and get me water. I didn't catch her name, but I think it started with S, and she wore glasses. Check-in was quick. The room was spectacular and clean, with a nice layout, separate bathroom, and views of the planes. It was lovely to be able to walk to the airport in just three minutes. I'll definitely stay again.
