A peaceful, relaxing place for a family getaway, with loads of room for the kids to burn off energy. The pool, tennis court, and fishing from the private jetty kept them busy all day.

The place was spotless and thoughtfully laid out, a peaceful little escape. Service was friendly and efficient too. Highly recommend :)

The venue worked perfectly for our group, and our team came away with nothing but positive things to say. Chef Kylie’s food was a real highlight, absolutely unreal. Michael and the team made the planning easy and looked after us so well throughout our three days at Riverside Matakana for an internal sales conference. Thanks to everyone, we’ll be back.

We had a catered lunch plus morning and afternoon tea, all delicious and top quality. The conference facilities were great, though the room got quite hot and really needed air conditioning. It was an especially hot, still day. The accommodation was clean, modern, and quiet, with a lovely outlook, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I’d definitely return.

A really relaxing break, thanks. RM has it all, from the lovely location and welcoming pool to the excellent staff. Very, very good all round.
