The hosts were so lovely, and nothing felt like too much trouble. My room was just lovely, with a huge ensuite, and the whole suite felt relaxing. Breakfast had loads of delicious choices. I only wish I’d had longer to enjoy it all, but I’ll definitely stay again 😍

We stayed in the Garden Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Val and Wayne were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and breakfast was generous and varied, with imaginative hot dishes cooked beautifully. The house is in a peaceful spot while still being central. I’d happily recommend staying here, and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Val and Wayne, thank you for a wonderful stay. We loved our room in this beautiful home and were treated to a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.

The house is lovely and warm, with a great shower and bath, and it’s very close to town. The hosts are welcoming and know their stuff. It seems ideal for one person travelling alone or for two.

We stayed here for two nights in July, and they added an extra $400 charge for two nights, accusing us of causing damage. I think it’s an insurance scam, and now the insurance company is after us for $10k to refurbish their room. BE AWARE, things aren’t all as they seem. They come across as a sweet little old couple, but they aren’t. I also think their behaviour and lies in the response below were racist.
