Fernz Motel

I spent just over a week here in late January and really loved it. The room was large and comfortable, and having a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer felt like a real luxury. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and good food and grocery stores were very close by. I’d stay again without hesitation. You should too!

The property itself is nice, but I found the people running it rude and condescending. In my experience, they accused me of taking hotel property and charged me for it without my consent. It was a total joke of a place. This is based on my first-hand experience and their replies to other reviews. They seem ready to argue and not to care about customers.

Our seven-night stay at Fernz Motel and Apartments was in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom city-view apartment, and we loved every minute. The apartment was quiet day and night, felt very safe and secure, and came with convenient on-site parking. Local shops are within walking distance. The balcony view over the city was incredible, both in daylight and at night. Inside, the apartment was spacious, very clean and well equipped: a full-size fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, plus heated floors and towel rails in both bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, and air conditioning in the main living area kept it warm and pleasant. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and communication was excellent. We appreciated the midweek email confirming the time of the scheduled full clean. Daily housekeeping kept things fresh, with new towels and supplies topped up as needed. We had no issues and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Fernz Motel and Apartments for quality accommodation in the area.

Really pleased we booked here. It was a fully furnished apartment with everything we needed. The staff were great, and the place was secure, quiet and convenient. Basically, it had everything you need in accommodation.
