The rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need, with easy parking and a safe, secure feel. The woman there was absolutely lovely. You can walk to takeaways and into town for shops and restaurants. It's also access friendly, with bottom rooms. This is THE place to stay if you're stopping in Palmerston North.

The room at Hacienda was spacious and clean, and there were little thoughtful touches from the owner in how it had been prepared. I was in town for a conference, and from check-in through check-out I was met with friendly smiles and a willingness to help. I was thoroughly satisfied and would definitely book again on my next visit.

Kia ora, we felt so relaxed here. The unit was to die for, and seemed to have everything thought through. It was quiet and comfortable, with an airbubble bath and everything we needed, plus more. I loved the comfy lazyboy by the bed. The bed was amazing too, one of those big ones where moving around doesn't disturb your partner's sleep. Ka mau te wehi!

The EV charging station was a big plus and made my trip much easier. The room and facilities were spotless, clearly very well cared for, and every staff member I met, from the front desk to people I passed, was kind and welcoming. Thank you for such a warm and comfortable stay.

I've stayed at Hacienda several times, and each visit has been excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Some rooms look like they've been done up, and those are very nice. The rooms can be on the older side, but they're impeccably clean and comfortable.
