The location was so convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We needed to add an extra day when our plans changed, and they made the process easy and accommodated us. My family and I checked out today after really enjoying our stay. Our room was clean, the linen was fresh every day, and they topped up the condiments daily. The service was amazing. Ngamihu ki a koutou katoa.

My vehicle broke down, so I needed somewhere for the night. The service was awesome, the room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. The TV had YouTube. I’d come back if I needed to.

The room was tidy and laid out nicely. It worked well for a short stay.

It was so filthy and run-down that we checked in, then immediately checked back out. I wouldn’t have let my dog stay there, let alone a paying guest. The floors were dirty, the room smelled foul, the bedding was stained, and the whole place felt unhygienic. It looked nothing like the photos online and felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. We raised the problem straight away and asked for a refund, but they refused. Booking.com has been no help resolving it, and I’ve followed up several times without getting a response. This place shouldn’t even be listed. Avoid it at all costs. You’d be better off sleeping in your car.

The owner did give me a refund, which I appreciated. I’d booked two nights but couldn’t bring myself to stay for the second. The room smelled unpleasant and felt unclean, with dirty light switches and a dirty fridge, and no cloth for wiping surfaces. The couch was unbelievable, shaped like a camel with two humps, and its springs were clearly broken. Reviews had made this sound like reasonably priced accommodation, but that wasn’t my experience.
