The living room was especially comfortable, with great couches and sofas. The rooms were what we expected, and the owner kept communication spot on before, during, and after our stay. It’s handy if you’re heading to the volcano or driving around the area. There was some light traffic noise from the main road through the night, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. Thanks!

We had a room with its own bathroom and ended up with the house to ourselves. It was clean and tidy, including the facilities. It’s a house being used as a motel, with three or four bedrooms, and some have their own bathrooms. We were happy with our stay.

There was plenty of space, and a garden too. The place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen. The host was great. The bathroom, toilet, and living room are shared. Breakfast had a nice range: toast with several spreads, cereal, milk, and coffee or tea.

There was plenty of space to park and get around, and the house was close to town. It was well cared for, with continental breakfast provided too. Thanks for a memorable stay in NZ.

We were lucky to have the whole house to ourselves, and my wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The owner and manager was so nice and friendly.
