A pleasant one-bedroom unit with its own kitchen and a good lake view.

The apartment was spotless and tidy, with a stunning view of the lake and a kitchen stocked with all the utensils we needed. There’s also a washer and dryer, plus secure garage parking. It’s very peaceful, about ten minutes from QT CBD and the airport, and the location worked perfectly for us. We had no trouble with the single split-cycle air conditioner in the living area, though it could be an issue in very cold or hot weather. Check-in and checkout instructions were clear, and the hosts were responsive and attentive. We’ll definitely be back.

There are great walking and bike paths right in front of the village, and it’s easy to get to Queenstown or Frankton in either direction. The accommodation is beautiful, with awesome views over the lake. I’d love to stay here again someday.

Flights taking off from Queenstown airport rise up over the lake, which was great to watch. There’s about seven hours of quiet, though. The apartment was clean, with a good supply of tea and coffee things and daily sundries. It’s close to the Queenstown centre and makes a great base for exploring the area. There’s a lake view if you stand on the right-hand side of the balcony.
