The team is what really made this place stand out. Everyone was warm and genuinely interested in talking with us, and they went out of their way to help us feel at home. Estoban always seemed pleased to see us, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Ornella was lovely and helpful, as were Jamie and Damian. Bubbly Charmaine brightened breakfast each morning, and Cara, Sebastian, Ruth, and the rest of the team all deserve a mention too. The view from the villa, the breakfast table, and everywhere between was sensational. The rooms were very comfortable, and the shower was the best I’ve ever had. There are only nine beautiful villas, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The grounds are rustic, neat, and tidy, and the main lodge is where they serve breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés, and cocktails each day. I work in travel and have stayed in some beautiful places, but Azur Lodge is one of my favourites. I can’t wait to come back.

We spent some of our favourite honeymoon days at Azur Lodge. The food was great, the rooms were spectacular, and getting to Queenstown for meals or activities was easy. The team were kind and thoughtful, adding little touches that made the stay feel luxurious but still relaxed. They seemed to genuinely enjoy working at Azur. Highly recommend it if you want a luxury stay with New Zealand hospitality.

We spent four nights at Azur Lodge while eloping in New Zealand, and the stay was unforgettable. The villa view was so beautiful that, after the weather changed at the last minute, we held our vow ceremony right there. It turned out perfectly. The staff were caring, kind, and attentive. They handled every request with thought and a smile, and the attention to detail throughout was remarkable. We’d absolutely recommend Azur Lodge for a memorable, seamless stay.

The views from all around the lodge were amazing, and we really enjoyed breakfast and the afternoon canapés. The staff made the biggest difference, though. Every person we met was friendly and professional and helped make our visit better. Loved our time at Azur. Keep up the great work!

The pictures don’t really capture how good this place is. It’s beautifully kept, with breathtaking views and a quiet, secluded feel that made for a peaceful break. The staff were attentive but relaxed, and made our stay feel special. We especially liked the daily canapé hour and the full breakfast each morning. A spectacular lodge, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
