Hurley's of Queenstown

The mountain view was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were lovely. They even showed us to the room. The room was basic but clean, though it had a bit of a musty smell, and it took about half an hour to get the TV working. The bath and shower are very high and slippery, and there should be a warning. I slipped and bruised myself. Parking was very tight, with cars not properly in their bays. Not terrible, but not great.

The sauna and other amenities were enjoyable, and the room and staff were very nice. When the WiFi went down, the front desk handled it extremely professionally. They provide kitchenware and cleaning supplies, though you have to clean the kitchenware yourself. It was one of the nicest places I've stayed, and I would've liked to stay longer. The price was a great deal split three ways, since we booked a room for three.

The front desk team were lovely and helpful, and we had plenty of space in our room without feeling crowded together. The location is fantastic for the price, although the hills on the walk back from town are intense. The rooms were just what we were looking for.

The rooms were large and the beds comfortable, and the cleaning staff and rest of the team provided excellent service. The location was very central, which suited us well. Priyanka, the manager at Hurley’s, made a real difference from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, accommodating, and so helpful at every turn. That kind of personal service is rare these days, and we really appreciated it.
