The view is the one good thing about this house. I’d suggest reading reviews on other sites before booking. There are still problems with the neighbours, who are very rude and don’t like people staying there. The house promised a lot, but when we arrived it smelled musty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. It turned out it hadn’t been. There was hair all over the couch, and the dishwasher was dirty, with breadcrumbs at the bottom and a broken door. We didn’t have enough toilet paper for each bathroom. When it rained, the kitchen roof leaked. The room heaters didn’t work, the toilet door lock was broken, and the spa wasn’t clean. Communication with point view wasn’t great. Even after we reported the lack of cleaning, they didn’t send cleaners. The driveway is shared with six other properties and is steep, as is the street, so getting to the shops on foot isn’t ideal if you’re not fit. There’s a low dip at the end of the driveway where you can scrape your vehicle, so be aware. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. You’d be better off with somewhere cleaner and better maintained.
