The location works for business, with groceries and the airport nearby, but getting into Qtown isn't easy. The staff were kind, yet there were so many cleanliness and maintenance problems that it's hard to believe this is a four-star hotel. There are very few outlets and no USB ports. The kitchenette and washer-dryer are handy for a longer stay, but there are no shelves for clothes or toiletries. Things in the room were broken or worn down, and the couches seemed to be behind the odd smell throughout. They say sheets and towels are cleaned every third day. It's day six, and my room still hasn't been serviced once, even though I've specifically asked twice. The gym is extremely dirty and sad. There's a sign asking guests to wipe the machines, but no cleaning solution, so I can only imagine how much bacteria is on them. Someone had left a message there, though I don't know how long ago. With new furniture, lamps with USB ports, much better cleaning and attention to the gym, this could be a three-star hotel. As it is, it feels like a two-star motel in a shady part of town. Perhaps it was a four-star hotel in the 90s.
