The outside thermal pool was fantastic, and we liked having the indoor spa baths too. Our apartment was roomy, with clean rooms and linen, and the kitchen had good amenities. It was a little dated, but that didn't bother us. The two gentlemen working that weekend made my family and me feel welcome and were so accommodating, helping us during our stay. We really enjoyed it, and it was great value for money.

Please don't make the same mistake we did. We were refused a free cancellation and lost 300 aud. On arrival, the couches were filthy, with a sheet draped over one to hide it, and the sheets and covers were stained. The mattress nearly collapsed when I sat down. The room looked as if it hadn't been updated since the 70's. We booked last week, saw the room, and didn't want to stay.

The water was murky and smelled of sulphur even after we let it run, and the shower wasn't good. We didn't feel comfortable using the cups, plates, or cutlery, so we bought our own. The kids ended up with bed bug bites on their bodies. The rooms weren't inviting, and the place gave us the feeling it might be emergency housing. It was a last resort for us, and we felt overcharged: the price went from $280 for five people, including a 2 year old, to $410 after we added one more child at reception. We wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

I've backpacked for 10 years and have never walked out of a place before, but we booked, went in, and turned straight back around. The sheets and couch were extremely stained, it was dirty, and the beds were terrible, with springs nearly poking through. They refused our refund. I'd give it a zero if I could. DO NOT BOOK.

The floor was dirty, the towels looked unclean, and there were stains on the duvet. We were four people in my family, and the sofa bed they gave us was really uncomfortable. The shower wasn't working properly either. It was a really bad experience.
