Would I stay again? No. The room was concrete throughout, the bathroom was unfinished and had no fan, and the TV was terrible. There was no Sky, and we couldn't use a Sky pod or cast. Outside was buggy and smelled of urine. It was so noisy that I didn't sleep for three nights. You could hear every sound in the building, from people showering or flushing toilets to the clunk of wheeled bags on the stairs. There was no lift. It was so hot that we all got headaches, and the pool was only slightly tepid, not warm. We paid for parking but there was no space, so we parked on the street by a pub. Extremely overpriced.

There was no air conditioning or ventilation fan, and the hotel advised us not to open the window. Water was leaking badly onto the floor. The room was extremely dirty, with insects, spider webs, and hair everywhere. There was no elevator, and security was poor.

The front desk service was nice enough, but management needs to do something. There was no lift, and that hadn't been made clear. We stayed two nights at the end of December, and afterwards all of us got scabies. The bedding had no duvet cover, just the inner duvet laid over a flat sheet, which seemed very unhygienic. I doubt the duvet was washed between guests. Think about how many people it had touched 🤢 We didn't think much of it at first, but after we got home, we spent the whole month dealing with a worsening rash and blisters. Avoid this place!

The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, and the staff were friendly. It was cheap and close to restaurants. But the concrete block walls and office style carpet made the room feel pretty uncosy, and there was no lift. Our shower didn't work. I left a phone message at 8am and asked in person at 11am for it to be fixed, but by 4pm nothing had happened. It was day two and we needed a shower, so we left a day early to go home and wash. I emailed the motel, and the manager apologized. He hadn't told me the plumber couldn't come then, and he also forgot, again, to move us to another room as he'd said he would. We were charged $10 a day to park on the motel property, too.
