The units were clean and comfortable, and the pool was lovely. There's no air conditioning, but the supplied fans were enough and it wasn't really a problem. The location is handy, the host was fantastic, and it was excellent value. We'll definitely stay again.

We had such a relaxing stay. The place is spacious and extremely clean, and the hosts were very accommodating. The pool was great for unwinding, and getting to Tauranga and the Mount was easy. Thanks, Jenny. We'll definitely come back if we're bowling in your area again!

Booked very late, just ten minutes before 9pm, and it wasn't a problem. They stayed in the office until I arrived. The rooms were modern and clean, and the hosts were great.

Grant and Judy were welcoming and lovely to deal with, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and so nice that my two boys and I were sad to leave Cottage Thermal Motel. The kids especially loved the heated thermal pool, even when the weather wasn't great. We had BBQs by the pool and played table tennis, and it was very child friendly.

The neighborhood was quiet, and the reception was friendly and pleasant. Heated floors made the place especially comfortable in winter.
