The decor and outdoor seating are beautifully done, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. It's a relaxing, comfortable place with spacious rooms, good lighting, clean surroundings, a comfortable bed, and friendly, accommodating staff. You can tell they really care about giving you a good stay. After travelling around the North Island, this was my favourite place. I’d recommend it 100%!

This is quirky accommodation I found through booking.com, and each bedroom seems to have its own style. The location is superb and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Rooms have tea, coffee, a fridge, and a good shower/bath. A continental breakfast is provided. There's no restaurant or bar onsite, as the listing says, but Cambridge is only 15 minutes away by car. I'd return.

Our family wanted to make sure the team knew how grateful we were after the wedding. My husband and I felt so well looked after, and our guests did too. We held our wedding at Narrows landing earlier this month, and it was such a beautiful venue. The owner was kind and incredibly generous, and the staff were amazing. Communication and service were top tier. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely venue with a wonderful team. Thank you for making our big day so special xx

The peaceful natural setting made a real difference while I was in town for medical appointments. The people were kind, and the surroundings were beautiful. A comfortable little boutique hotel, with soft linens and a lovely quiet atmosphere.

For what it costs, this wasn't good enough. There was a large cockroach on the bed and ants all over the room, so the place needs thorough pest control. The lighting in the room was poor too, and breakfast was very basic.
