The waterfall was a delight, and I’d really recommend this place if you want a memorable experience. We had a great time in the queen room, with the large lounge to ourselves and a jar of Turkish Delights on the coffee table that was topped up daily. Everything was laid out superbly, and breakfast was fantastic. Our hostess, Carol, was the friendliest, most pleasant lady you could wish for. It was great value for what we paid, way underpriced for what you get.

Kim and Mark were helpful and very accommodating, and Mark makes an awesome omelette. Otesha Falls is stunning, with beautiful accommodation in a lovely location near attractions like the Karangahake gorge.
