We spent one night in the Garden Room. It was spotless, the host was friendly, and town is close by. Finding the place was a bit tricky because Google Maps gives poor directions. The entrance is off Anderson rd, not Aubrey, and there’s a small sign you can see from Anderson.

Google Maps gets confused, so call the host and ask for directions. You can also enter 147 Anderson St instead of Black Peak View. The setting is very tranquil, and we found the place quiet, clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and welcoming hosts.

The host was wonderful and the service was excellent, though the entrance is easy to miss even though it’s on the street given in the address. Google Maps isn’t very accurate either. The doors and windows didn’t feel very secure, and lots of moths and other phototactic insects flew in at night. Screens should be installed.
