Maria and her husband were truly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to help make our stay the best it could be. Everything was extremely clean and well located, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was excellent, and breakfast was fabulous. I completely fell in love with this lovely place. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Maria's homemade breakfast was a real highlight, and she made us feel so welcome. We only booked at the last minute for one night and hadn't expected much, but the place was immaculate and clearly looked after with care. Our room was cozy and tidy, with thoughtful touches that gave it a four-star feel. We'd happily recommend staying here in Whitianga.

It felt like a home from home for our three nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and Maria and Guy were lovely hosts. Maria made sure we had everything we needed, and the breakfasts were great. Brophy's beach is nearby, and Maria also arranged a fantastic sailing trip for us.

We took the kayaks out one morning and had a divine time paddling. The studio has real charm, with a stream running behind the property, and Maria and Guy welcomed us so warmly that we felt looked after like family. The breakfasts were hands-down the best we had in NZ. You feel like a valued guest here, not just another traveller.

The location and accommodation are both beautiful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Maria is warm, generous, and easy to talk to. Breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and coffee made fresh to order.
