The Bosun's Cabin at Mercury Ridge was an incredible stay. We loved the daily breakfast, which was truly outstanding, and Jo was a fantastic host who went above and beyond. One of our favorite evenings was eating the delicious tapas and wine Jo thoughtfully provided, right on the deck outside our room. The view was amazing, and it made for such a relaxing night. We loved every second and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Cooks Beach.

We had a fantastic four-night stay, with amazing views, a top room and spectacular breakfasts. Thanks to Tom and Jo for their hospitality and friendship. The rooms are very noisy, though, and you can hear neighbors talking and using their kitchen and bathroom. There's so much to do nearby, and I can still highly recommend staying here.

Mercury Ridge was the perfect setting for our beautiful wedding, and so many of our guests said how much they loved it. Jo and Tom were incredible hosts. The breakfast and lunch platters were amazing, and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. They made everything feel easy and special from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

The view from Mercury Ridge Lodge is fantastic, and the lodge is furnished with great taste. We had some lovely days there, and the breakfast was excellent.

Tom was such a warm, welcoming host that it felt like staying with a friend. Every room has stunning views over Cooks Beach, feels supremely comfortable, and has its own little deck. The kitchen in each room is cleverly designed and comes with everything you need. Tom's recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot on. Absolutely amazing place, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
