Al Hedayet International Hotel

The staff were approachable, and the room was spacious enough for the price. I stayed overnight and was still happy with the stay, but found bed bugs the next day before checking out. I hope they address it, especially since other reviews have mentioned the same problem. Affordable rates shouldn’t mean sacrificing cleanliness.

Al Hedayet International Hotel is in a prime spot in Oman, with easy access to regional attractions and business centers. The well-appointed rooms and suites are designed for comfort, and the hotel offers a range of facilities, including a fitness center, swimming pool and spa. There are on-site restaurants with a varied selection of food. With its world-class amenities and exceptional service, it’s a luxurious stay that brings elegance and sophistication to Oman's hospitality scene.

I found bed bugs in my hotel room, in the bed, and it caused a lot of discomfort and distress. I asked for immediate help, including a room change and compensation for the inconvenience. The receptionist told me there wasn’t another room available, and they did nothing to my bed. The service was disgusting!

On my Muscat trip, I booked a room at Hedayat International. The location and room facilities were really good, and the price was affordable. The receptionist and hotel waitress responded quickly, and the service was well handled. I’d suggest this place for an Oman trip.
