Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites

There’s a mall right next to the hotel, with restaurants, a supermarket, and everything you might need. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so a taxi is recommended. It also has a clean, well-maintained prayer room, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly from check-in through check-out, the food was very good, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The hotel offers amenities some five-star places don’t even have. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

We arrived right at our iftar reservation time, but the table I’d booked a day earlier had already been given to other guests. When I raised it with the staff, they wouldn’t move those guests or sort things out quickly. My family and I had to stand and wait while another table was prepared, and by the time we sat down, iftar time had passed. It was a very disappointing, unprofessional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The pool was lovely, and the whole place was clean. The daily breakfast buffet had a good choice for everyone, and the staff were always smiling, attentive, and went above and beyond. The hotel also has valet and buggy service. It’s quiet and in a prime spot, with Al Araimi Boulevard just a minute away, which came in handy. The city centre is close enough, and Mall of Oman and other prime locations were about 15-20 minutes away by taxi, costing 1-3 OMR. I loved staying here and will definitely come back Insha allah. Masha allah, a beautiful hotel, highly recommended.

Hassan from valet parking was respectful and always greeted us with a warm smile. The team drove us to the mall in the golf car and brought us back, and they also arranged a car wash, which was very helpful. Hassan’s professionalism and positive manner reflect well on the hotel’s service. He’s a real asset, and InshaAllah I’ll return.
