The location worked well, surrounded by restaurants, shops, baqala, and close to sanayia, the industrial area. There was parking, a working fridge, and a good split AC unit. The TV channels were limited and the furniture was old. Room service was poor. Nobody came by, and we had to request everything, even for someone to clean the room. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, and we had to ask for a kettle. I booked three nights just for sleeping and knew it was a two-star hotel, so my expectations weren't high. I only dealt with the night shift receptionist, since I was out during the day, and he was cooperative and trying his best. Keep your expectations in line with a two-star place.

Mr.Rajesh at reception was humble and helpful. If you need anything, just ask him, and he won't let you down. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is affordable, has plenty of parking, and restaurants nearby. Its central location makes it easy to visit and enjoy good tourist spots.

We booked two rooms for three nights. One room smelled foul as soon as we walked in, hadn't been cleaned after the last guest, and still had food scraps and blankets scattered around. After we complained, they moved us to a different room. Since we'd arrived late at night, we only got a couple of hours' sleep before leaving early for our Salalah tour. The next night was much worse. We got very itchy in bed and checked the sheets, where we found blood stains and what looked like bed bugs. We complained, but staff said there wouldn't be bed bugs. After we showed them photos, they gave us another room. By then the bites had already left us itching for the next two days, and my wife's legs were covered in red marks. Room service was horrible, and it was no value for money. I strongly recommend against booking here. The hotel gave us quite a “gift”; check out the photos I posted.

Four years ago, when we visited, they were building a swimming pool and there weren't any other facilities apart from a coffee shop. The room was nice and spacious, which was the best part, though the bathroom had a bit of a smell. I hope they've improved it since then.
