The reception guy was very cooperative and even gave us a guide to places around Sur. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities. It’s a great place to stay, with a beautiful beachfront. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Sur!

I paid very little and thought the rooms and services were good quality. Al Basaten room is the one I’d book, in my opinion. The place is beautiful, and I love what you do too.

The apartment smelled bad and was very dirty, with poor hygiene. The bed cover wasn’t clean and the sofa smelled too. I opened the microwave to heat food and found a sofa cushion inside. I forgot to take a picture. There was a big kitchen with a dirty refrigerator, but the bathroom should have been larger. There were no plugs or bedside lights next to the bed. The refrigerator and microwave should be put in a kitchen cabinet. Since it’s near the beaches, the apartment needs renovations often.

It’s an okay hotel for a couple of days if you’re willing to trade hygiene for the price. The lift is very narrow.
