You can see the volcano from the cabins and feel close to nature. My family and I had a great vacation here, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed staying here, 100% recommended.

Having my own kitchen was handy for making meals, and there was a grill outside too. The manager was helpful and spoke English. The place felt secure, clean, and peaceful, with lovely views. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

The view toward the volcano was nice, but it couldn’t make up for how many things were wrong. For $79 a night, we got cracked front and back doors, torn screens, windows that wouldn’t open, and no bottled drinking water. The shower’s hot water was inconsistent, the microwave door broke on day five, and a washing machine that looked at least 35 years old didn’t work. The bathroom soap dispenser fell off whenever we touched it, someone else’s bar soap was left in the shower, and the pots and pans were ancient, worn, and mismatched. I’ve stayed at campgrounds with better facilities. The woman managing the place while her brother, the owner, was away was nice. The location is roughly a 10-15 minute drive from Boquete, but taxis are hard to get and walking isn’t really practical because you’d be alongside a highway.
