The staff were kind and helpful, and there’s a good pizzeria/restaurant associated with the hotel. It’s a budget place in a quiet area, still within walking distance of the center, boat stations, and airport. But the hotel really needs renovation, especially a deep clean of the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

We needed a last-minute room after our plans changed and we were delayed. The people there were so kind and helped us out. The room was perfect, and even had a little balcony. Thank you so much 💛

The rooms are old and dirty, and for the price I expected better. It’s incredibly loud by the road, with vehicles passing so close it sounds and feels like they’re about to run you over. The WiFi doesn’t work. Staff said it was because too many people were on the island, but that’s not true. Every other hotel and restaurant has working WiFi. After about 5 p.m. there’s no reception or anyone around to help, so I don’t know what you’re meant to do if something goes wrong. The hotel is dreadful, even if the restaurant’s pizza is worth trying. I think it survives on the restaurant reviews. There are way better places on the island, honestly anywhere else, and at least they’ll have WiFi. Do not stay here.

The rooms were cozy, and the A/C was great, but the final price felt a little high. We were on the third floor, where the internet worked for only about 10% of our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging a boat tour. They said pickup would be at our hotel, but the guy arrived on a scooter and we had to walk to his stand downtown.

The rooms look nice, but service was bad. We waited almost two hours for our food. When we asked how much longer, they ignored us, then said “a little bit”. Apparently that didn’t mean what we thought. The place is on the main road, where there’s a lot of dust. BAD SERVICE.
