The room had a lovely view, and there was plenty going on over the weekend, including live music. Service was good in general, and the employees were friendly. The restaurant service could be quicker and better organized. I'd definitely return.

I can't believe this only has 3.8 stars on Google. I had a wonderful stay at this comfortable four-star hotel. Weekdays were incredibly quiet and relaxing. The weekend got a little busier, but was still pleasant. We stayed four days, and found the staff friendly and helpful throughout. When my key card stopped working and I got locked out, a maintenance worker noticed, checked the problem, replaced the battery, and got it fixed quickly. Our room faced the ocean and had a nice view. It was a good size, with a separate sitting area, a small kitchenette with a microwave, burner, plates and cups, and a very nice bathroom. The bed area was roomy too. Breakfast was free, with a buffet that had something for everyone, plus coffee and juice. Cappuccinos and lattes cost extra. The main restaurant was excellent. We skipped the grill because it was crowded. The sushi kiosk was disappointing, since the rice was crunchy. Hopefully that was a one-off. I went to the spa twice. The facial was nice, but the body scrub wasn't. The provider seemed inexperienced, the room didn't seem properly prepared, and there wasn't a clear menu. I thought the lavender scrub came with a massage, but it didn't, maybe because of a translation issue. There were guests from all kinds of backgrounds, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. I'd recommend staying here for couples or families.

The beach is long and beautiful, and the setting is so peaceful. Our modern room had a very comfortable bed, and we loved the huge pool and breakfast buffet. A wonderful beach holiday spot. We'll definitely come back someday.

We went for dinner and found that most of the menu items were unavailable. The wait staff communication and customer service were terrible. We also booked a private island tour through the information desk, but two extra people joined us. Lunch was supposed to be arranged, yet all we got was watermelon and pineapple. We got soaked on the way out, and the information we were given about the tour was inaccurate at best. It wasn't what had been sold to us.
