8/10
A clean, secure, and affordable little spot for a night, with friendly, helpful front desk staff. It's nothing special, but there are great bars and restaurants within two blocks, and the neighborhood stays quiet at night. Rey, Do it Centre, and Novey are only a few blocks away too. We'd stay again.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I had no complaints about them. I could cook just fine, and the Wi-Fi and Netflix suited me well. The area was peaceful, with supermarkets and restaurants close by, and even the booking service was excellent.

There's a shopping center nearby with good shops and coffee places. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff were friendly, helpful, and thoughtful, and the service was excellent.

They call the room premium, but it didn't feel that way. The bed wasn't great, the TV didn't work, and there was no Wi-Fi. Hard to see what the premium service is supposed to be.

We had a 10/10 stay. The room was beautiful and really cozy, and the service was excellent. Genesis, the young woman who took my reservation over the phone, was kind and friendly from the start. She also let us choose between an apartment with a queen bed and another room type.
