We visited to see the monkeys, and it was such a beautiful experience. Maryse and Francine showed us around, and we got to meet them. You can tell how much care and effort go into maintaining the place and giving the monkeys the life they deserve.

My wife, our two boys, and I came for a tour. We had a really enjoyable time interacting with the monkeys. Highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this one-of-a-kind resort. The monkeys are clearly in loving hands, and we really enjoyed being there. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Panama again.

Getting so close to the monkeys made for an excellent experience and some great photos. A few may climb on you if you want them to. They were well trained and listened, which helped me feel comfortable. Francine and Mikayla explained things, shared some history, and helped us get fantastic pictures. I'd recommend it.

We didn't stay in the rooms, but they invited us to explore the tiny island and meet the wonderful people who run the sanctuary. Francine, the owner, spent hours talking with us. Her passion for caring for all her rescued monkeys was obvious, and she also seems devoted to keeping guests smiling. Some great people return as volunteers, and she supports and spends time with the local Ngäbe tribe. She often brings people from the tribe over to meet guests and trade little trinkets. In our case, we got a boatload of the freshest seafood imaginable. The monkeys are wonderful. Three are very social but calm, while the others live on a separate island linked to the resort island by a bridge. That island is completely off limits to people. I had high hopes for Urraca, and the welcoming people made the visit even better than I'd expected. Thanks for having us for the day. I hope to come back soon.
