I could easily have stayed here for a week. We stopped for lunch on an organised trip from Panama city to San Blas, and the island was so lovely that a few of us skipped the rest of the island loop and waited for the boat to collect us on its way back. I had a flight to catch, though. The local kids sell molas, but they cost less in the city.

Chichime was the best island for me. Ask to go there. The trip was great and the place was nice.
