Marianne at reception was friendly and helpful. Since I don't have an Uber account, she found a driver to pick us up at 4:30 in the morning. The decor isn't the most modern, but the hotel was clean and had everything we needed, including a small pool. There's also a mini market nearby if you find you're missing something.

A relaxing place with a clean swimming pool, comfortable beds and pillows, and a large room with a closet, small fridge, and microwave. The shower was very hot. Check-in was easy, and the staff were excellent and really helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood, with clean rooms. I'd recommend it anytime.

Hotel Balboa in Panama City, Panama is a hidden gem. The rooms are comfortable, affordable, and clean, and the place feels relaxing. The staff are friendly and courteous. It's in a great location, in a pretty, clean, quiet area near the Panama Canal and Marcos Gelabart Airport. We'll stay here again.

After a long day of walking, the poolside patio was a nice place to unwind. The owners were welcoming and accommodating, and the staff were helpful. I also felt good about the security and entry setup. The Balboa location is close to the historic district but away from its noise and traffic, with a market Café and a full-service cafeteria within walking distance.
