Global Hotel Panama - Twist Hotels Corp

San Blas Dreams, our tour operator, recommended Global Hotel Panama, and we were glad we took the advice. The location was great for exploring Panama City, and our clean, comfortable room had a nice view of the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and we also really liked the rooftop pool and breakfast. We’d definitely return.

The restaurant’s food is excellent, and locals come in for lunch and dinner too. Get the Ceviche, you’ll love it. The amenities are on par with other upscale hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’m already thinking about coming back. The staff throughout the hotel were polite, friendly, and helpful. The front desk team was better than most concierge services I’ve experienced. The hotel itself is beautiful and pristinely maintained.

We had a wonderful seven-day stay at Global Hotel, Panama City. The staff looked after us at any hour. If they couldn’t get something right away, it was there first thing in the morning. They helped with our luggage and took care of what we needed. Housekeeping kept everything pristine, and the bar and restaurant downstairs were a nice bonus, with reasonably priced food and drinks. I also shared my experience on TikTok. The location in the financial district was ideal for the restaurants we wanted to try. I appreciated being able to borrow an umbrella for an outing and return it afterward, especially with all the rain Panama gets. They also welcomed me with complimentary champagne for my birthday, a small gesture that set a lovely tone. There were a couple of things that could be better. I noticed an off-putting smell when stepping out of the elevator and entering the room, especially after a long flight or a day exploring. Air fresheners on each floor or in the rooms could help. I’d also have liked a microwave in the room, since going down to the lobby to heat leftovers after a late night was inconvenient. Even so, I enjoyed the stay and would return and recommend Global Hotel to people visiting Panama City.

The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious, and the fitness center and pool were excellent additions to a positive stay. The staff were warm and attentive, always making sure things were right. I stayed at Global Hotel Panama for three nights, January 3rd to 6th. The room was spacious, clean, and well cared for, and the location was okay for getting around the city and reaching nearby attractions. I’d recommend the hotel for leisure or business, and would be glad to return.
