During our week long stay, the staff were almost always pleasant and helpful, and they recognized my Hilton Honor status beyond check-in, which has only happened once or twice before. The breakfast buffet was above average, the team there did a great job, and the regular omelette chef deserves recognition. Room cleaning followed the schedule we requested and was done very well. There was one small breakfast annoyance: a couple of times, staff cleared my whole area while I was making another trip to the buffet. They need a way to tell whether a guest is actually finished, since that inconveniences both the customer and the staff. This is one of the best run Hilton properties I've stayed in over the years.

Luis y Anaís were so kind and attentive at breakfast, and they even helped me a lot with my Spanish. Manuel and Roussy were just as gentle and caring. The room was beautiful, the amenities were great, and breakfast was a real treat. I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Hotel and hope to come back soon.

Breakfast was the part of my 10 nights at the Hilton that I’ll miss most. There was a great range of fresh, tasty food, and Edilsa, Angelo, and Roderick made the mornings especially memorable with their energy, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Huge thanks to them and the rest of the staff for making breakfast such a highlight.

We had a lovely bay view with pelicans, and the hotel is near the hop-on hop-off tour bus. Housekeeping, though, really let the place down. Coffee grounds were on the bedroom floor when we arrived and still there when we left. The shower tray was dirty, the dispenser had no conditioner, and lots of housekeeping staff seemed to be on their phones.
