Welcome to our historic hostel in Bella Vista, just steps from Parque Urracá, the Cinta Costera, and within walking distance to Casco Antiguo. Surrounded by transport lines and only three blocks from the metro, our location offers quick access to the bus terminal and airport. Built in 1939, our colonial house features a tropical garden with orchids, a spacious shared kitchen where travelers connect, and a daily continental breakfast included. We are the only hostel in the city with a climbing wall, ideal for training, fun, and meeting new people. To end the day, enjoy our open-air bar and restaurant “Utopia, ” serving delicious dishes, craft beer, and great vibes on cozy terraces under the stars. A unique mix of history, nature, gastronomy, and adventure awaits you in the heart of the city.

There were plenty of places to relax, and the shared areas were clean. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had what you need to cook. We got complimentary breakfast on just one of our three days, which felt random: bread, jam, a small bowl of fruit, tea and coffee sachets, and a kettle. The climbing wall didn’t seem to be in use while we were there, though we did visit on a national holiday.

The location was great, with a supermarket nearby and plenty of good food options. The staff were so kind and helpful, and I loved the breakfast.

The dorms are a nice option, with just four beds in each, and the rooms are well looked after. On Friday and Saturday nights, music from the bar carries into the rooms, so bring earplugs. It wasn’t obnoxiously loud, though. In the morning, I was offered coffee, tea, fruit, and toast. There’s a good place to hang out in front of the hostel, and they sell some gift items inside.

The rooms were comfortable, with good air conditioning and a proper blanket. It was a chill, quiet hostel except for the bar out front on weekends. The breakfast, when it was served, was just bread and small portions of fruit, and wasn't consistent. It’s a nice 40-minute walk along the seafront to the market area and historic center.

The room was comfortable, and it was handy having a restaurant and bar attached, plus a climbing wall. The staff were really nice and helpful. Music was the one downside: it played until midnight on both nights I stayed, though how much you hear may depend on your room. Otherwise, it’s a great place.
