My brother, his wife, and I spent our vacation here, and the customer service was great. The staff speak Spanish, but we managed to communicate. Everyone was friendly, patient, and respectful, and I absolutely loved the place. Special thanks to the manager and all the staff for their courtesy. I highly recommend staying here.

The place felt safe and was quite clean. Scores: cleanliness 3.0, value 4.0, comfort 4.0, surroundings 3.5. There’s a new McDonald’s right across the street for a quick bite.

For Panama’s high prices, this hotel is good value: a double room costs $40 USD a night. The room was clean and comfortable, and service was attentive. Breakfast was fairly good, though I’m not sure what other reviewers expect from one. They include airport pickup and drop-off at Allbrook. Tours around the city are available at reasonable prices and cover landmarks in Panama City. The location is central, near two metro stations. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Panama City.

The room was large and the price was low, but it smelled like water damage. Both breakfast and dinner were horrible. The parking lot closes at night, which is a good thing.

This is an inexpensive place for a simple stay, with no luxury, just the essentials. It’s clean and well located, with transfer service, WiFi, a minibar, air conditioning, a restaurant, and a family-friendly setting. If you don’t need anything more, the price is very nice.
