The staff seem really nice and polite, and I feel sorry for them working here. The place itself is awful, and the room smelled really bad. It needs the kind of controlled implosion they do in Las Vegas. For goodness’ sake, they should at least get new bed sheets.

The price is cheap and there’s a pool with a nice view, but there’s no Wi-Fi or hot water. The rooms are a bit dirty, too, and the windows have no curtains.

The customer service is great, and my son loves the pool. The rooms weren’t too bad, though their cleaning service could use a little improvement.

It’s suitable for the price, though the hotel is missing quite a lot.
