The room had no hot water, and when I asked about fixing it, they told me it was broken and walked away. I only got moved to a first-floor room facing the parking lot after asking for a refund. Before that, they’d refused to change my room, saying none were available, even though the room they gave me was below the standard I booked. This felt like a scam. Terrible hotel, don’t stay here.

The bed was comfortable, and the room and floor smelled clean. That was about the only good part of the stay. The place felt like a prison basement, with dim fluorescent lights and a brick wall outside the window. We had no Wi-Fi or hot water for the two days, and every time I complained they made excuses. The AC was new, but rattled loudly all night. It’s a convenient location, about a $19 US Uber ride from the airport, with a supermarket nearby and a good Colombian restaurant. Breakfast wasn’t included, but for $5 US per person you could get eggs, ham, home fries, and cakes without searching for somewhere in the morning. A friend recommended it, and I didn’t have the heart to tell them it sucked. Spend a little more for comfort.

There’s plenty nearby, with cafes and restaurants on the street, and the hotel staff were wonderful. They speak both English and Spanish. My room was really spacious, with a kitchen, dining area, dishes, coffee machine, oven, and cooking gas. It also had a TV and a cozy sofa. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower always had hot water. I enjoyed my stay very much. Many thanks to the whole team!

The location works really well, close to two metro stations, and the area felt quite safe. Staff were very nice and helpful, and spoke English. Breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi was very good too. It’s not a fancy-looking place, but for the price it’s perfect.
