Innfiniti Hotel & Suites

The room had huge cockroaches, hair in the shower, and even nails on the floor when I arrived in the evening. The hallways were filthy and looked like something from a horror movie. There was also a party in the club next door, so loud I couldn’t sleep until 4 a.m., even with earplugs. WiFi didn’t work at all. This has nothing to do with a four-star hotel, and I wouldn’t give it even one star. I booked three nights, but cancelled after the first and moved elsewhere. At checkout I asked for an invoice, which they promised to send, but never did. I don’t usually write reviews, but this deserves one so others don’t make the same mistake I did. Save your money and stress.

We booked for two nights but left after the first. The lobby had a strong damp smell, the carpets were damaged, and in the room the mattress was yellow-stained, the bed hadn’t been made, and there was hair inside the pillowcases. WiFi didn’t reach the room. There was also a language barrier, and they wouldn’t refund us for the substandard service. I wish I could give zero stars.

This place was a nightmare. I paid almost $100 a night for a dirty room with no breakfast, not even a chair or coffee table, and a careless front desk. I’d stayed at Plaza Paitilla Inn in Panama city for the same price and had a perfect buffet breakfast and a very good, high-level hotel. Unfortunately, when we returned from the san blas Islands, it was full, so we had to stay in this shitty place. Avoid it if you don’t want your trip ruined.

The rooms smelled bad, and I don’t think the price was worth it. I had a bad experience.
