The staff made it so hard to leave, they were all so warm and knew me by name. Edniel at the bar/café was cheerful, friendly, and a joy to talk with. Mauricio suggested a nearby Cuban restaurant and called to have my waitress walk me there so I wouldn't get lost and would arrive safely. I had booked an excursion independently, which I regret, and the driver was 1.5 hours late for a 5 am lobby pickup. Andrea stayed with me the whole time, kept calling and texting the company for updates, and even pushed for compensation without me having to ask. The customer service was top tier. The rooms were beautiful and just like the pictures. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. If you're staying in Panama, choose La Résidence Panama. You won't regret it.

Maurizio was especially kind and helpful. He took care of everything, even helping us set up a SIM card, and shared lots of good tips for restaurants, places to visit, and things to do in the city. We felt welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. La Residence is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. We had a wonderful stay in Panama City and would gladly return. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

The service from everyone we met was out of this world. Mauricio, Khalet, Edniel, and the man who looks after the cars and plants at the entrance all made us feel welcome and cared for. We'd rate this place 100/10 and will definitely come back. Our room was spotless, with modern furnishings, strong A/C, Smart TVs, and a bed comfortable enough to spend all day in. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, with a gym, cafe, restaurant, business room, chill room, and spa room. They also have valet service and free parking. The location was perfect, with two of our favorite restaurants, Frank’s Place and Hanjip Korean BBQ, right around the corner, and Multiplaza Mall a short drive away. We loved our stay at La Residence and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Panama City.

The location made it easy to walk to restaurants and bars, and it felt completely safe at any hour. The rooms were as quiet as could be for sleeping. Everything lived up to the ratings and previous comments. They're impeccably clean and beautifully designed, with an onsite barista and bar. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, especially Edi’s greetings and goodbyes at the door. What a gem, 10 out of 10.

The lobby and room furniture stood out to me for their quality and design, upscale without being showy. It's a lovely boutique hotel in a great part of Panamá City. There's no traditional breakfast, but the coffee shop in the lobby is handy for a quick meal. Service was great too. Mauricio was warm, friendly, and polite, and Eduardo was professional and helpful when I needed to print personal documents. I'd happily stay here again.
