Albrook Mall is right there, which was the biggest plus for me. I could shop, drop off my bags, and keep going. Housekeeping made the room really comfortable to return to after shopping, and I’ll definitely be back. 10/10. The hotel photos are accurate, though I didn’t have many suitable pictures of my own. I got early check-in around 10 a.m. and late checkout as late as 6 p.m. for $27.50 each, which I thought was an excellent deal. There was a lot of traffic from hotel guests and conference visitors, but the elevators were quick and breakfast always had seats available.

I appreciated the daily housekeeping, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Having the hotel connected to the mall was handy for picking up food whenever I didn’t feel like ordering room service. I’m a Marriott fan in general, and this one lived up to that. I’m not sure how I feel about having to fill my own water bottle, but that’s a personal thing. I’d happily stay again.

Everyone was so nice, and the service helped make the whole experience amazing. I loved the hotel and wish I could return every year. The rooms were very nice, though the hallways had a strange smell. My room faced the roof, but the pool view was amazing.

A nice hotel with a pool, gym, and restaurant. Breakfast was good, the room was fine, and the bar made great cocktails. It’s connected to a huge shopping mall and about a 10-minute drive from the domestic airport.

I’ve usually liked staying here, but the last visit was disappointing. The front desk staff weren’t as friendly as before and didn’t seem very interested in helping.
