A convenient place for me to stop and rest.

The cleaning ladies were nice. That’s about the only good thing I can say. At check-in, they didn’t give me the room I had reserved, then charged my credit card without my permission and refused a refund, leaving me feeling I had no choice but to stay. The room they gave me had a balcony facing the street, where drunk and drug-using people screamed at 5am. There was also a bar downstairs with music until 4am. During the day I could hear everything at reception and on the staircase, both right below my room. After four days of extreme exhaustion, I had to leave. They wouldn’t refund the other three days. I filed a complaint with the city and tourism board and plan to sue. The manager was terrible and kept promising my actual reserved room, which had no window or balcony, would be ready. Five days later it still wasn’t. The management ignored me for three hours when I asked to change rooms, then wouldn’t give me a spare key. I was left outside the hotel and got robbed. The neighborhood and people felt dangerous. They also refused to give me their libro de quejos or a receipt, which I understood they were required to provide by law, so I had to call the police to make a legal report. They charged me for days I didn’t stay and kept my money without permission. The customer service was the worst in Panama, and I’ve already started my lawsuit. The manager needs to be replaced. This wasted my vacation, and I was exhausted and sleepless instead of enjoying it.

The service at the door was quick. It’s an inexpensive place and simple enough, though the location is a bit dark, which is a shame.

I rented a room for a while with a girl, and it went very well.
