I kept looking at these apartments as a rental option, but each time I decided the price didn't make sense. The units and balconies are both small, and many on the left side look straight toward The Ocean Club (TOC). From those balconies, you can see rows of other apartments and they can see you, so there's not much privacy. I haven't lived here myself; I'm judging from viewings and listings. For the same rent, I repeatedly found places with more space elsewhere.
Getting into the parking area is awful, and someone claiming to be with the administration treated people with a terrible attitude. People who don't know how to deal with others shouldn't be put in those positions.
In my opinion, it's hard to find anywhere better in Panama City.
I wouldn't want to live here. The place is terrible, and even the pool is in awful shape, with mold everywhere.
I live here, and I love it!
